From booking to arrival
Four simple steps.
Your service fee reserves the work. Your shopping purchases are handled separately, so you always know what you’re paying Already There for and what you’re paying the retailer for.

Choose your arrival service
Select Essentials, Signature, or Full Arrival based on how much you want us to handle. Your service fee is paid at checkout.

Complete your Arrival Details
After booking, we’ll send you a private Arrival Details form for your grocery list, property access, guest information, preferences, and special requests.

Approve your shopping estimate
Before we shop, you’ll receive your estimated grocery and supply total for approval and payment. We never expect you to reimburse us after the fact.

Arrive to everything ready
We shop, deliver, stock, and prepare the property based on your booked service. Final purchases are reconciled against the actual receipt.
Groceries & supplies
Your shopping total is separate from your service fee.
This keeps the process transparent. Your package price pays Already There for the planning, shopping, delivery, stocking, and setup. The actual items we purchase for you are paid separately.

We prepare an estimate
Your requested groceries and supplies are estimated using current retailer pricing.
You approve and pay before shopping
We send your estimated purchase total before we shop so you’re never waiting for a reimbursement request afterward.
Prices may move slightly
Sales, weighted items, substitutions, availability, and store price changes may cause the final total to vary.
We reconcile the final receipt
After shopping, we compare your prepaid shopping funds to the actual retailer receipt and refund any unused balance.
