Great for: Larger families, multi-family trips, longer stays, celebrations, and guests who want more than straightforward grocery shopping and stocking.

Think fully stocked kitchens, kids’ snacks and drinks, breakfast basics, lake-day supplies, flowers, celebration touches, specialty foods, toiletries, and other arrival extras.

NOTE: Shopping purchases are separate

Your $349 service fee covers Already There’s planning, coordination, shopping, delivery, stocking, and setup.

➡ Groceries, flowers, gifts, specialty items, lake supplies, and other third-party purchases are billed separately.

Before shopping, we’ll send your estimated purchase total for approval and payment. Final costs may vary slightly based on availability, substitutions, weighted items, and store pricing. Any unused prepaid shopping funds will be refunded after receipt reconciliation.

After booking: Complete your Arrival Details form and tell us what you’d like waiting for you. We’ll review everything, confirm any specialty requests, and take it from there.
