Essentials takes the errands off your arrival-day list. Send us your grocery or household essentials request, and we’ll handle straightforward shopping or pickup, delivery, and stocking before you get to the lake.

• Reasonable substitutions based on your preferences

Best for: Weekend stays, smaller grocery orders, couples, small families, and guests who already have a clear shopping list and don’t need extensive sourcing or setup.

NOTE: Shopping purchases are separate

Your $149 service fee covers Already There’s planning, shopping or pickup, delivery, and stocking.

➡ Groceries, household supplies, flowers, gifts, specialty items, lake supplies, and other third-party purchases are billed separately.

Before shopping, we’ll send your estimated purchase total for approval and payment. Final costs may vary slightly based on availability, substitutions, weighted items, and store pricing. Any unused prepaid shopping funds will be refunded after receipt reconciliation.

After booking: Complete your Arrival Details form and tell us what you’d like waiting for you. We’ll review everything, confirm any special requests, and take it from there.
