Signature Arrival setup: Depending on the property and your request, we can organize pantry items, chill beverages, arrange snacks, place paper goods and essentials, and set out requested arrival items.

This is a simple arrival setup, not full decorating or event styling.

Best for: Families, multi-night stays, vacation renters, homeowners arriving after a long drive, and anyone who wants the house to feel ready instead of simply stocked.

NOTE: Shopping purchases are separate

Your $249 service fee covers Already There’s planning, shopping, delivery, stocking, and arrival setup.

➡ Groceries, flowers, gifts, specialty items, lake supplies, and other third-party purchases are billed separately.

Before shopping, we’ll send your estimated purchase total for approval and payment. Final costs may vary slightly based on availability, substitutions, weighted items, and store pricing. Any unused prepaid shopping funds will be refunded after receipt reconciliation.

After booking: Complete your Arrival Details form and tell us what you’d like waiting for you. We’ll review everything, confirm any special requests, and take it from there.
